If there are locks on the bedroom doors, they the codes people defined the property as a "rooming house", which is not a permitted use in the SFH zone.Here it is no more than 4-unrelated persons per dwelling unit and, locks on bedroom doors are also interpreted as a "rooming house" ... not just by the bylaw officers, but by appraisers as well {i.e. it can affect your financing).

I did look at BeyondPricing...they only mention "Airbnb, or multiple accounts" so one could interpret that as if you have multiple accounts on Airbnb only.

@Steve BabiakIn my interpretation of the tax code, individuals and partnerships are non-corporate entities and would be issued a 1099 (there are exceptions for certain professionals such as doctors, lawyers, real estate agents).
