My background is somewhat diverse, as I've worked in a few different industries: Higher Education, Healthcare and Finance.

The house was abandoned and smothered by a just under 60k healthcare lien and extensive litigation from unpaid nursing with the now deceased owner.  

It's economy is on a role (stable / diverse industries ...biggest employer is HEB a grocery store as an example, USAA leader in financial services; attracting more health care, etc).  

What did you guys do for health care? 

I am a realtor, who specializes in helping Fire, EMS, Police, Educators, Healthcare workers, Veterans, and Active Duty save money in the real estate process.  

Healthcare has been good to me and my family, I just hate going through the motions.  

My development consists mainly of HealthCare products while the management side is typically rental units. 

I want my cashflows to be not only equal to my current w2 income, but also enough continue reinvesting, and cover my family's healthcare.  

So I've always felt that my place is where Healthcare and Finance could meet.  

Aside from school, I am working alongside a mentor who is starting a new healthcare venture, and he is teaching me the ins and outs of starting a business.Currently, I have set a goal for myself to acquire at least 1 rental property, and generate positive cash flow from it, by February 1st, 2017.
