Introduction to Bigger Pockets from NEPA!
Hello all...
I am brand new to BiggerPockets, and I would like to introduce myself. My name is Sam Borgia, and I have been in the construction space for many years. Working in construction has brought me into the real estate world, and BiggerPockets seems like a great tool in many aspects... happy to have joined.
I am based out of Scranton, PA, but do construction, development, and management throughout the entire Northeast. My development consists mainly of HealthCare products while the management side is typically rental units.
I am eager to make some connections on this site, share ideas, and learn as well.
