Hello, Biggerpockets world,I'm a 28-year-old that has done several flips, wholesales, owns 7 rental units in Daytona beach, Florida, and owns a hotel in Helen, Georgia, who has  been on Biggerpockets for years.I've come up pretty much from my own studying and reading; however, I've noticed to have become more of a mentor for most of my real-estate/entrepreneur relationships, which is great, but "as iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another,"I'm looking for a mastermind of fellow successful investors and/or entrepreneurs in the North Georgia, Atlanta, Marietta, or even Orlando, Jacksonville area. 

That however is the literal point for becoming wealthy financially is to either give to charity for tax benefits being an entrepreneur or give it to the folks who can get a place or rental or some kind of dwelling that gives them a place to go even if it's temporary.

You are training your mind to think like an entrepreneur but yes hit the brakes.I would love to hear how this works out.

Of course,banks love to see a W2, but if you are self-employed like many entrepreneurs, the road is a little more bumpy at the start.

Should I go down the path of:1. real estate builder/developer that goes from residential to commercial, to big *** buildings OR2. entrepreneur where I scale this business and move onto the next?

Hello All,I've always been an avid entrepreneur and coming off of closing my business, I'm looking for other opportunities.My business was in sales and I had to close it due to the bad economy so my credit took a hit.I'm looking to investing in real estate.

I just read the Entrepreneur Mind set and I can say that I want to just quit and start on my own, but I know at this moment I shouldn't because of the paycheck.
