I've had 3 different plumbers look at it and all are saying this should have never passed inspection in the first place.To try to brief, the house had a brand new HVAC system with the tankless wall units - this was actually one of the major reason I wanted the house as I currently look for my turnkey properties.  

i.e maintenance is lawn care and snow removal or calling a plumber to fix a leak?  

I did pay to scope the line when we first inspected it but there are apparently two laterals and they plumber didnt scope the second line as he didn't know that it had multiple laterals.

Well, just yesterday my husband was over there with a plumber fixing some piping that caused some backup and the guy tenant said to my husband that he hates his roommate so much that it wouldn't take anything for him to just kill her. 

Speaking of sales associates, I've found that the Menards associates tend to know their department very well (especially the plumbers).

Can anyone recommend some reputable turnkey property businesses?

Also figure on needing a plumber to patch at least a couple of leaks which are usually the cause of the mold.Can't say much about replacing furnaces but if it is older than 10 years when I was looking to buy a house for myself I viewed it as a negative.  

Also, from many of the threads that I have read Wholesalers don't have a good reputation because of the many negative experiences that the Investors have had.

The other day, I asked a plumber doing work on my place that question and he told me where he lives and how he likes it and how a lot of his friends feel about that area and neighboring areas.
