I can start of with one or two wholesale deals and then use our earnings from that to fund one or two units and perpetuate that strategy to see how it works; maybe we'll find that we like this cyclical strategy or we may drop one method and stick to the other.

The important part of this story is to remember that I bought this property with no money down, spent $10K on the rehab, and then refinanced the property allowing me to gain a cash flowing property and getting me my fix up money back so that I rinse and repeat the entire process over again in perpetuity.

I assume he means piers....Foundation movement is a major issue in DFW, and more homes than not have had movement, and need piers.
