I do a lot of work for landlords fans faucets toilets.

Single family homes are lousy rentals in most cases for ROI  ..but most  people don’t listen ..they’d rather run out there on a Sunday night to fix a drippy  faucet or running commode lol 

Being able to fix a leaky faucet or paint a bedroom when you first start out is fine, but sometimes working on the next deal could be a much better decision.

(one kitchen faucet would actually jump up when turned on)I knew I would be going into a building which would cash flow nicely from the get go.

Question:The Mold inspector said yesterday that there is some mold under the sink due to a leaking faucet.

If you don't put a cap on the amount she can use she will turn on all the faucets if you piss her off.
