I'm in a real estate education entity, American Realty Institute, not a guru type "education" program but it has a mission to provide real estate educational opportunities for Realtors, investors and mortgage professionals.It is also a non-profit entity.

I was using my marketing software to purchase lots of discounted properties instead of really figuring out how to truly help the sellers.Lesson Learned: I learned the hard way that your mission statement shouldn’t be a plack on the wall, it should be the blood that moves your company.

I am heading to the commercial property next week on Wednesday then heading to  the real estate meeting at the mission 6 30 pm riverside.

I really like your mission there and how that fits with your real estate goals.

You are going out of your way (and actually paying money) to make it more difficult for yourself to become successful.Your mission is not to find "people that are motivated due to a tax issue".

Almost like it is not a acceptable type of investment.Part of our mission is to change the general public's view of landlords.  

Mission (Sharyland especially) is another town that attracts investors as it has a highly rated school district that attracts many families.  

The area becomes nicer if you keep driving though, a little past the 91 and the Mission Inn, and then you are in the Rubidoux area where there is potential for a lot of fix and flips.
