I just reminded them that I had gone through the same thing,  and they had chosen to buy into higher density living in a redeveloping neighborhood.   

THAT NO ONE asks. yet this is the ONE question to ask to be SURE you get succesful at your chosen marketing strategy.Sigh... why no one does this is beyond me.
