Wholesaling can be a very successful strategy if done correctly, just as any other RE strategy.I agree too that though this is not easy, it is also not rocket science and minor leaguers can succeed at it.

The available cash value will often surpass a typical bank account before that break even point of the policy happens.If you can think past 3 or 4 years, whole life insurance becomes a liquidity rocket ship, where every $1 you pay in premium creates more than $1 in cash value.

Get on the rocket before it takes off.

Believe me, I do my own due diligence, but comping a property isn't rocket science.

If it were a brand new install where you need to run brand new water lines, vent, drain and electrical, that would be a different situation.... this is a plug and play....it isn't rocket science.
