A recent survey of 80 senior execs of KPMG LLP revealed a bearish sentiment on the their industry and the economy as a whole until 2014. 46% of respondents to the survey said they will focus on cutting costs and holding onto profits into 2014.

The personal issue that was apparently revealed to you in confidence as a friend is a challenge enough for deciding to partner. 

Obviously, I can't reveal the nano-niches however, you can identify, scrub and mine your own data for high profit situations. 

I'm not asking you to tip your hat and reveal any info that could be used by competition.If you pull up the actual recorded deed that transferred property into trust, determine if the grantor was previously in the chain of title.
