Demolition and restored utilities What was the outcome?

We have built small residential developments from the ground up, flip properties, renovations, restoration, large commercial renovations (hotels, apartments), mixed use properties from ground up. 

I go by Jey and i want to help restore Las Vegas NV and to shine and help others live and create presout here in the oasis. 

I don't have a solution but am very welcome to ideas on how the industry as a whole can restore investor confidence (feel free to DM me with concepts). 

The advantage you have as a veteran is that you can trade your eligibility to the VA and restore the seller's entitlement, putting them in a better position to go and buy another home.

@Steve Vaughan we haven't got our first property yet, but many of the properties we've seen need wood floor restoration, if not more.

From there we typically just ask the seller how low can you go because it will cost a lot to restore.
