Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $37,500
Cash invested: $32,000

I'm trying to improve the property to sell for around 275000

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

This property was unliveable, and no financing was available.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Found on zillow, made low ball offer without looking at it.

How did you finance this deal?

Cash

How did you add value to the deal?

Demolition and restored utilities

What was the outcome?

I'm using it as my business headquarters as well as developing it on 1.96 acres

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Can't take on too large a project I while out of state, I moved near to facilitate the deal

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

A local agent helped facilitated the deal
