I bought a multi family home in the north shore Massachusetts while still in college at 21 yrs old (I am now 26) and now live in a single Family in the Southern NH area. 

I am travelling often times to New Hampshire or other states around the New England area because Boston (and anywhere near it) is just a madhouse.

I don't know your market, but here in NH a house worth $125K rents for around $1,100-1,200 if finished nicely. 

I have pursued the collection process in NH simply for the purposed of understanding the process, and it was totally not worth my time and effort for the small amount of money recovered.I would suggest that the above timeline is very short in MA, and as such you are very lucky. 

,MA and NH don't auction at the courthouse, they auction at the property. 

Besides those many other options when you come out east going from the Cape to Southern NH.

It is nigh on impossible to convert a money-losing farm to a money-making wedding venue in Mass, VT, or NH.

I know my state (NH) has a number of oddities very unique to the state, oddities we have seen even small taxpayers paying hundreds to thousands more than necessary.

If it is simply a holding LLC, such as for a single-property LLC, I am more concerned that the name is not taken when I form the LLC, so I name them by address: 5 Main St, Anytown, NH becomes 5MA, LLC.If you are going to market, choose something memorable.

I currently live in Dover, NH but i have a rental in Pittsburgh and am looking to add more in the area.My wife and I have a connection with the local hospital system and can potentially bring responsible tenants to our rentals.
