Looking in Pittsburgh PA

Howdy All, I am new to biggerpockets. I've been researching for about a year so I'm not a complete newbie. I am currently looking to connect with people from the Pittsburgh PA area. I currently live in Dover, NH but i have a rental in Pittsburgh and am looking to add more in the area. My wife and I have a connection with the local hospital system and can potentially bring responsible tenants to our rentals. We have created a business where we provide housing for medical residents. Since we were in that situation, we know how landlords try to take advantage of them. We are looking for partners, real estate agents, investors and pretty much anyone with insight and knowledge about Pittsburgh.
