Windsor is a great option here in Ontario.however considering you are looking at all of Ontario - you should really consider the eastern provinces - Nova Scotia etc.

We usually focus on working class to middle class houses and apartments and our favorite markets are Grandview, Raytown, the Waldo area (70's, 80's and 90's west of Troost in KCMO), Lee's Summit (mostly 64063), Hyde Park, Olathe, eastern Independence and a little bit north of the river and in Belton.

I just keep picturing the loop, from Worcester, to eastern upstate NY to southwest VT, then the loop back to eastern upstate NY and back to Worcester (there is no better direct road from SW VT to Worcester) to check on property -- and I cannot decide if it's a good life.
