That's happened to all of us, whether the topic is a multi-Million Dollar real estate transaction or who's bringing dessert to a holiday dinner with family.There are lots of other topics, but this is, in my opinion, what should be present at a minimum to be a 'good' book on negotiation. 

Also, if anyone in the area is free to meet up and talk real estate, I'd love to take you out for lunch or dinner if you're free!

I will then cold call from 2-5ish, and try to get more meetings for dinner/night time, or go to networking events later in the afternoons/nights.

Any time during peak lunch or dinner hours it will be hard getting the required seats and it will be very noisy.I just do not go to any of those meetings.

That said, you will certainly see slowdowns on holidays, dinner time and in the middle of the night.

I try to pay it forward whenever possible, and I've bought a LOT of people dinner over the years.
