Now I see why 45 people have looked at this and not one has answered. How could anyone possibly know what is best for you?

What are your goals? What is your financial situation? Since you are new, I imagine you have no experience, but does that mean you have no real estate experience at all? You have asked such a broad based, open ended question. My ability to answer your question is the same as your ability to answer mine; Should I have chicken or pizza for dinner?
