Buy and hold or flip in Northern CA
Hello, Newbie here from CA. I'm wondering whether I should buy and hold or flip for more income these days. Any advices are welcome!

What are your goals? What is your financial situation? Since you are new, I imagine you have no experience, but does that mean you have no real estate experience at all? You have asked such a broad based, open ended question. My ability to answer your question is the same as your ability to answer mine; Should I have chicken or pizza for dinner?
