And of course for every ad that disappears/is deleted it will show you which are rented.

Thank you to everyone.Tim, I had this long response detailed out to get things down to a few conceptual mathematical formulas based on some of your points, but I deleted it.

I also recognize I can manually delete the transactions myself when they occur, but my goal is to move more properties over to Stessa, so it will end up multiplying the monthly corrective efforts needed.

After a month or two, I started receiving spam to those temporary e-mail addresses, so I deleted them.I hope this helps.

a place to start with site tour would be good. might be an idea to emphasize please read the rules as they are different from many other sites and the internet is changing. it is a shock to most creative types, the rules sites come with these days (no kidding), esp for those who have been on the net since the beginning and seen drastic swings and changes in regards to rules and etiquette. one minute everyone is stealing mp3s and not paying artists, and now you can't post anywhere twice or you get deleted (many sites now). very difficult to navigate.

I would just delete this name from your list....always make sure you are cleaning your lists after each mailing.
