If it does state no businesses allowed, then not only do you not have to provide the info, but you can inform her she would be in violation of your lease if she runs any business out of there, especially if it compromises your landlord policy and liability issues.

If the income is strong, but the credit is low and the candidate has the ability to do 2 months security then we may consider them.If the house is in a desirable area like you have mentioned I don't think you need to compromise 2 of your 3 standards right off the bat.

So, providing housing to tenants who would otherwise not find anyone else to rent to them, would not be profitable.Perhaps a compromise would be to start a nonprofit business of some kind, get yourself some grants, and let the nonprofit business pay you a salary.

If the risk is that the banks could adjust your limit or variable rates will spike then you need to make sure if that happens then your profits aren't compromised.
