It's been on my list, but I like to visit when I have friends to show me around and my SA buddies are all living in Australia or the UK.  

I receive emails from them and I see some very interesting properties worldwide (especially in the US and UK) which seem to be lucrative investments but I am not sure if/how to proceed.
