We just dealt with this over the last Christmas, when we had strong winds and deep freeze.

If New Years and Christmas is taken, typically the 1-2 days in between are discounted heavily to get booked in my experience.

We agreed to wait till after Christmas before starting back up investing as that would give us time to put the house together and have a celebration and have a good Thanksgiving and Christmas with family and friends.We believe that we are at a point in our investing where it is becoming too much work for us to handle and we need to update our day to day (Hire & Train Staff), transition to something else (Apartments with a Management Company) or a Combination.If you are still investing in real estate and have overcome these hurdles, are you happy with your decision? 

Millennials are the butt of almost every joke, they are soft, they have 15 soccer trophies and never scored a goal etc.  

My life is busy enough without getting a 60 day notice to vacate from my landlord while I’m trying to celebrate Christmas or on vacation.
