Hey, BiggerPockets nation. It's two days before Christmas and I woke up and checked my home listing service(Listing Book) might be called different names in different areas, but it's basically what agents use called the MLS. And I see a home I've been researching for the last 1 month is in due dilligence and it had a 20k spread of profit, 1399 sq. ft., 699 sq. ft. of unfinished basement. Just a bad way to start my week.

Is there a question in there? Or just unhappy that someone else has it under contract. A month is a long time for due diligence, especially if you didn't have it under contract. A lesson from the school of hard knocks.
