Are there any helpful hints that you'd like to give for things to (or not to) offer?

Hi Michael, yes I did listen to your recording.It was very professional, very clean and sanitary.I agree with K Marie that a more local, "real" voice would be a bit more appealing as this recording is definitely generated.You may consider adding some sort of hint at offering a "fair market value" as such a packaged, polished, non-human, voice mail, 1-800, national advertisement to me indicates that a real low ball price is to be expected.

I got a hint when I was talking to my old boss about this property, now I think he might brought it up deliberately knowing I know little about Realestate The property was a disaster as it turn out, out of the 4 units, one upstairs unit is empty and smell so bad every time I enter there.
