What does the STR look like, and are you marketing to a niche that you have chosen and "built" you STR for?

I am never going to understand all the in's and out's as well as a well chosen operator with a long track record.

I can't seem to wrap my head around how to make a "business" out of the real estate avenue I've chosen.
