Hello everyone, my name is Robert McDonald and I'm just getting started in my Real Estate Investment venture. I have chosen this approach for financial freedom. I currently do counseling and work for several different companies. I was turned on to Real Estate Investing by reading not one, but nearly all of Robert Kyasaki's books. I have expanded my horizon and read books from other authors too. Probably around 20 books in all. While trying to learn the ins and outs of Real Estate Investing, I have been working on my credit and saving money. I just learned yesterday that I am approved for an FHA loan and plan to "house hack" a multifamily property. I plan to run the numbers, make offers, and do my do diligence to land a great deal. Looking for any help and advice that anyone is willing to give and hopefully develop some mutually beneficial partnerships. Thanks for reading and thank you in advance for your replies.
