@Derek Daun  I can visualize your frustrations. 

Two things.  1- mail doesnt motivate it introduces us to motivated sellers 2- because of the handwritten font, real or memorex, is so large long letters tend to be too visually difficult to absorb.   

Through the time put into sorting, collecting, and organizing this data we decided to hire a buddy to build a few codes in visual basic within excel to easily sort this massive amount of data.

You will probably hear more than you could possibly find out by visual inspection from things like what’s buried in the backyard to the fence being propped up by sticks. 4.

People tend to blow all the money that they have and charge what they can't afford.However, this doesn't detract from the fact that if you want to grow your business and be successful you have put a little time and effort into your visual image and this is no different for real estate agents.
