If you are going to be an out of town investor you need to invest in a plane ticket and walk the neighborhood.

I'm also far enough away (plane ride, not car drive) that if anything happened, it would be a call to my management co (for instance, if internet goes down, etc).I've been looking into Arlo Go (and/or Go 2) as it can run off a cell signal; wondering if that has worked well for others. 

Banks are much less likely to be worried because most land trusts are estate planing tools.

One is a cuz that us a Pilot instructor, haven't talked with hm in years so I'm not sure what or where he is or what he is flying , pretty sure he is flying the F22 Raptor or at least he was, he might be flying a few differant planes seeing how he us a instructor?

A few tips...There are flood planes that experience flash floods every year!!!!

@Jason Wray is correct.It all depends on how long you are planing to sit on that refinanced property.

For that price, I'd hop on a plane and do a lot of that myself.
