Hello everyone,

I am real estate investor with properties in NW Suburb of Chicago,IL. I live in So. Cal moved out of IL 22 years ago. Last 3 years I have bought several SFR in Chicago NW suburb. I was looking for help getting good handymen to use since I live far far away Also looking rent payment system if you know some internet site that will allow tenant to pay rent because I owned some SFR in my IRA so it has to got to ETC Ira managment co in end. Thanks
