@Angela Pugh, you'll probably want to post these over in the Marketplace, that way everyone can see it and it won't get deleted.

Google will transcribe the message (albeit not very well) and you can screen the irate ones before you even bother listening, and delete them without ever picking up the phone. 

I try to quote someone and remove a bulk of the text but keep their name so that they are mentioned, but I'm constantly battling with their names deleting on me when I'm trying to delete another portion of the quote. 

Can anyone help a newb learn how to delete and @username properly?

You can negotiate with some of the debt collection agencies for a settlement, in exchange for them deleting the tradeline, but you have to get something in writing, because you can't trust them. 

I'm a silly person and I couldn't figure out how to delete my original question because I found other threads that asked the same question I was asking, and had hoped to prevent posting the same question.
