@Steve McGovern  It's an elevated property about 2' from street level.  

The flood elevation line is 1164 and our property is 1163.5 after doing a survey.

If so, what is your thought on purchasing bonds given that thesis on interest rates staying elevated? 

If it is the one I am thinking of it has an elevator in it with a large lot and separate garage.

It is the concept of evaluating the elevations of the building to determine if it sits above the flood level. 

They may charge a fee to be a vendor for them, and they may want you to sponsor breakfast, snacks, lunch in exchange for a chance at your elevator pitch.Don't be a one and done guy.
