About $6k in flooring, $2k in appliances, $2k or 3k in paint, lumber, drywall and about $5k in miscellaneous/ surprise the house needs (???)

So it is a liquidation job and some just want to unload fast, ideally as a portfolio and to another investor, willing to sell at a discount, no matter how much they loose. 

This Property was bought from Hubzu.I would love to make some more connections on here with agents who can find good investment properties or other investors that have deals in their portfolio just waiting and maybe want to unload as they don't have the capital to do it at the moment. 

Hello everyone, We have a ton of deals in South Florida right now were unloading, and constantly are coming across more and more deals!

I had a principal residence and a secondary home which I was able to unload in 2008.

I recently met some hobbyists who tried to flip houses and are trying to unload one they had to abandon mid-rehab with no meat left on the bone for other investors to pick up.

If it does not go as well as expected and you find out something you don't like about this Park, you just unload your one unit and wash your hands of it.Whenever I am investing in a new market where the demand is unknown I use a test advertisement on Craigslist or in the newspaper to see how many phone calls I get.  

but when somebody calls me and says they are looking to sell 15 SFR's, chances are the seller is effing desperate to unload a bunch of sh**ty deals.  

What about the lumber...all treated lumber?
