My First Flip Front of House Pic and Intro

Hello All,

I have not been that active on the forum and currently only check it now and again but since I jumped in and am in the process of my first flip I will be on here more. My name is Brian and I just moved from Orlando to Tampa (wife is going to USF for Nursing and then hopefully NP school) The house pictured is my first flip, it is still in Orlando (There will be landscaping when done if you were going to say it looks bare). 

This Property was bought from Hubzu.

I would love to make some more connections on here with agents who can find good investment properties or other investors that have deals in their portfolio just waiting and maybe want to unload as they don't have the capital to do it at the moment. My biggest flaw at the moment and I am sure it is with most people is the ability to consistently find some deals but if I see one I like I will close. The rest I feel I have pretty well aligned.
