We have theater, Arts, Music, and a large University nearby.Alice

But here is a bit of what I want:- Real estate income to supplement what I love doing (Sound, music, etc) to give me more freedom to travel and pursue projects I want to do.- I want to build my own studio, and a duplex, on a gorgeous lot here in the mountains of Montana.

Instead of listening to music on my way to work all I do are BP podcasts and articles now, when I'm not driving of course!

Why wait until the music stops. 

Since there is no one to maintain them, they also develop other problems such as septic issues, electrical issues, roof and others.That's music to my ears, and that's exactly what I'm looking for: the homes with problems.

I am open to any places with a combination of vibrant music, arts, food & drink scene, outdoor recreational opportunities, and a strong job market.

We don't listen to much music anymore, just Brandon, Josh and all their great guests. 

Literally, I don't even listen to music while I workout anymore.
