Many of my partners are based in California but invest in the midwest and southeast because the cash flow is much better in those markets.

I like Southern Title and Abstract on Lee St and Southeast Professional Title.

Indian Creek is very low budget but I would focus your efforts more so near areas such as West side (choose your pockets) - an older area, rents consistent such as Woodlawn area to South to Southeast - Fair Ave. and some areas off New Braunfels (nothing too east), especially near old McCreless Mall area.

Looking to get started with my first rental property purchase and networking connections in Rhode Island or south East connecticut.

From Seattle to East Hampton, NY and down to south east Florida.

Plenty of opportunity but you have to be willing to move fast, you won't necessarily over pay but the faster offer wins out.I look mostly in Lake County, IL with some Cook County, IL and South East Wisconsin.
