Great question! I am noticing a shift in the sellers power in a lot of transactions lately. Homes are sitting on the market longer, agents are doing more open houses trying to find buyers, and many homes aren't priced as high as they were a couple months ago. 

With more homes for sale, the buyers still in the market now have some more inventory to look through.  

I am in Brevard County, Florida.
