There is a LIMG (Landlord Investors Mastermind Group) meeting coming up on Thursday, December 21st at the Red Lion Hotel in Harrisburg.I have never gone to one of the meetings but I plan to go this month. the organizer is Judah Hoover from Slate House Group.

Most likely, that 20K would better be spent going into a private mastermind with other successful investors.
