Hello all, I am currently new to the Milwaukee area wholesaling scene, and I would like to ask others who are in the area about any methods (On-Market or Off) that have worked for you on securing deals that you can then present to your cash buyers.I understand competition is pretty fierce in Milwaukee and it seems to be quite saturated with wholesalers, all of which can be quite intimidating.

Especially when growing up in a saturated expensive city like NYC.

I have heard some agents saying the airbnb market in Pensacola is becoming saturated with some many investors doing airbnb now.   

The Knoxville market is extremely saturated with investors, so good properties tend to go quick.

The STR market is saturated from end to end and is down everywhere so I dont see why that area would be any different.

I own a STR in Big Bear and I was looking for a second unit in Idylwild or desert as Big Bear now is over saturated and the City is getting unpredictable regarding new regulations (speaking about a moratorium right now).

Some areas, even if they are black in color, can be saved if they are saturated with bleach and allowed to dry.Staining is prepped with Kilz after mold is dead.Professional mold people will have more steps and do much more, because the average investor just wants the problem gone.Message me with pictures and questions if you need assistance and will do the mold mitigation yourself.Get the roof done by a licensed professional that pulls permits.
