Trustworthy wholesalers in Knoxville TN?
I have a couple of rental properties in Knoxville and looking to get more to implement the BRRRR strategy. My property manager/real estate agent is great, but she doesn't seem to trust wholesalers as a method for finding/acquiring properties. The Knoxville market is extremely saturated with investors, so good properties tend to go quick. Anyone have a reliable, trustworthy wholesaler they use/have used? I do not live locally any more, so I am looking for people of integrity with whom to partner. I appreciate any leads.
