Virtual meetup or in person sounds great to collaborate

We have a GA group that is over 50 strong and we collaborate,  partner,  we have confidence in each other and know where everyone is at because we've all had the same training and mentoring  Our PML group is pretty exclusive; I only lend to others in the WREIN network. 

I think penalizing trash going forward so there is incentive to be neat and contacting the other landlords to try to seek collaboration as Zach recommended is the best approach.

Don't be afraid to talk to your tenant and work collaboratively to come up with a solution that works for both of you.

This doesn't mean the tenant can be behind by months and not pay, this is a collaborative move between landlord and tenant with mutual understanding that this virus is an issue that could affect us all.

I partnered / collaborated / engaged / teamed /socialized / discussed / vetted /group thought, etc. in corporate world for 35 years. 

Instead seeing competition I saw opportunity through collaboration.

I am eager to collaborate with Bigger Pockets contributors to learn more about expanding my business and to get insight on different types of investing.

The ARV was a collaborative effort between my cousin (the financier), the real estate agent and myself.
