Needless to say this one is a flop...

I recently connected with a 20yr.veteran in R.E.investing, from my R.E.I,club, who said he would J.V. with me on rehab.properties. needless to say My confidence went way up!!

I purchased a duplex that equator was handling, I believe for Chase bank.The pipes were cut in all the right places but the pipes were not blown out, needless to saytwo new pumps, water heater, pipes, toilet, sink and possible shower now.  

Needless to say, after two more WRITTEN counteroffers, I finally got to a good number.

It has been a long and trying day (he tested my patience this morning initially) but needless to say, I am now in possession of keys (which locks get changed tomorrow :) and a property awaiting my personal touches.

Needless to say, I'm not that big a fan of the LLC and think they are way overdone.

Needless to say its been very trying the past couple weeks and we would like to find somebody else.  

Needless to say when I got there several of the other residents were outside & starting telling me all the nightmares going on in the small community with the HOA/Management Co such as: refusing to repair/replace the gate w/ lock on the pool so one of the residents made a temporary fix & posted a sign; put a lock on the mailbox room & repair the broken window; repair one section of the driveway that has a large hole, make repairs to the exterior of several units; repair the back access gate as it is left open & anyone can enter at anytime; no proof of insurance to the small group of owners that still occupy their units and being assessed in 2013 with no explanation & no meeting since 2014. 

Needless to say we have sent the 30 day notice and can do nothing but hope she complies.

Taking the needless three for the sake of ambition isn't (my opinion) the smart play.
