Put your big girl pants on Basically what have you already lost in rents for average of lets say 6 years. lets take $70.00 a month for 72 months that's $5040. x 2= $10080.00Raise the rent to just under market,, forget the % amount you either run a business or a charity. 

Tell your girl friend to invest in her own income property and then you will each have one of your own after a divorce.

@Joes Juan Hey man, this girl saved my bacon on a flip this year.

I know one girl who shows up in her 120K Benz to show units that rent for 1K a month...Also don't reveal your assets.
