Foreclosure/short sale specialist NY area?

Whats up BP fam? My wife and I just received our pre-approval letter and are looking for a REO specialist. We believe we may already found the home. Good price, and a nice neighborhood. This is for our primary residence, but this first deal can lead to something more if we gel with that individual. I hope you guys/girls can help, or point me in the right direction.
