question in the back of my mind.The investor agent may have a different business strategy than yoursSome agents, w/ multiple streams of income, may have firewalls set up between the different parts of their businesses to ensure there's no conflict between a client's interest & their own;  or even between the multiple clients pursuing the same propertyRegarding "what's wrong w/ it" You should have that question in your mind on every property whether it's an investor agent showing you the property or not.  

With further details about both options my opinion could change but in general, I don't care one wit about my personal residence.

It will be easier to handle the obstacles that come wit real estate and you won't have to worry about your daughter.

It is funny because people will weigh in from both sides, but my personal opinion from witnessing my family gain wealth is that never selling was their best option.  

@Adam FanslerAre you saying that Columbus courts will hear an eviction case on the basis of an affidavit and without the landlord / PM there to testify as a witness?

So, I saw that there was the name of a witness and the name for the person who had power of attorney.

As for the contract, try it, there's all kinds of half wits out there in the world who may bite.
