For some agents/investors/wholesalers it must be exhausting constantly prospecting for new clients to burn.

While there is little case law on how series LLC's would withstand a direct assault, there is plenty of logic for using them. 

It is not possible to trespass on abandoned real estate precisely because the only person with standing to complain has already relinquished (abandoned) all their interest. 

@Brian Spies hood vents need to be vented outside typically which adds cost while the microwave hoods typically recirculate the air without exhausting to the exterior
