Hi to all,I am based in Australia and buying property in the US using realtors.I want to subscribe to a software such as Propstream or similar.Can anyone recommend which one has the most current information and is best on the market today?

I do not subscribe to the "pull yourself by the bootstraps" mentality.

Do I need to subscribe to the MLS to get the deals before they  reach the open market?

By being a loyal bigger pockets subscriber, I had heard about a loan program that worked with the house I wanted.

I subscribed to the same property manager software (Bulidum) that my first/only PM used.

I am personally Subscribed to the Basic Deal Machine App and Propstream which is about 150$ a month (I am loving both programs so far).
