software Recommendation to find off market deal to buy and flip

Maurice Di Dio
Posted

Hi to all,

I am based in Australia and buying property in the US using realtors.

I want to subscribe to a software such as Propstream or similar.

Can anyone recommend which one has the most current information and is best on the market today?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Maurice

Quote from @Abel Curiel:

Hello @Maurice Di Dio and welcome to the BP forums!

I've used Attom Data (formerly Geodata) and Propertyshark. The property owner information accuracy is very similar across both platforms and I've heard the same about Propstream.

RedX and Mojo have dialers that many Realtors use and there is an up-charge for additional homeowner information.

All platforms/software mentioned here are very similar in my opinion.

RedX and Mojo are best for casting a wide net and reaching a higher # of potential sellers. The drawback here is that these are mainly retail deals that wouldn't work as fix/flip deals.

For flips, you're better off using any list or software that gets you in touch with absentee owners and lis pendens leads.

All the best!

Abel
