Any doctor who can legally prescribe treatment may do so.Usually, a doctor won't prescribe anything outside of their scope of treatment, but depression or anxiety are pretty common and even a family practitioner can go there! 

@Igor Arango....I understand your anxiety but it is just a story in your head...a limiting belief.  

One of the reasons I haven't used direct mail yet is the anxiety with getting the first call.

My anxiety has been through the roof over this and all of you have really eased my mind.

General economic anxiety?

I think that is partially due to our screening (everyone should note, that is a recurring theme on these forums).  

I need to hold the home with a downpayment.The prop will have recurring income and will sell out a year in advance.

And remember to include some for maintenance and recurring capex in your expenses.

Cash flow requirements will be at minimum $200 per single family residence on a monthly recurring basis.

Any regularly recurring expense is going to take your NOI down.
