The most important thing in a name is that is easily recognizable and gets across the mission easily.

I'm going to be at the monthly SDCIA meeting tomorrow at 5:30 in Mission Valley.

We will either stop purchasing or sell properties at the high end of the apartment real estate cycle and adjust accordingly with other commercial properties to insure we maintain a positive cash flow and stay ahead of the competition.Mission Statement: Our mission is to purchase & hold structurally sound apartment/commercial buildings in the Virginia, Maryland and DC area that are poorly managed and that are in need of minor cosmetic repairs.

I am in Mission Viejo and can meet at a Starbucks.

He declared that it was a mistake (they purchased through a tax sale) but and he and his investors were not going to fix the home because the whole house would have to be moved .This is were I make my mistake I tell him my whole plan , it was to cut the house in half and elude the erosion and rebuild the home on the other side of the property, I gave him way to many details on how I would accomplish the mission.

I am currently writing my mission state, business plan, goals, strategy, etc.  

My mission on this journey is to learn the business thoroughly and make a name for myself and be well respected in the business at whatever level of success I achieve. 

The mission of a good solid turnkey company is to find great deals to sell to investors, so they can make solid cash flow and not have to worry about their investment.
