Newbie from Miami, FL

Hello BP friends! My name is Richard Bazile, I have little to no background in real estate investing. I want to learn the business of wholesaling, fix-and-flip, buy-and-hold rentals! I'm originally from Boston, Mass but been raised in Miami,FL. Currently, I run a Bail Bonds Company. I'm in need for a change in order to have financial freedom so that I can spend more time with my wife and kids. My mission on this journey is to learn the business thoroughly and make a name for myself and be well respected in the business at whatever level of success I achieve. I found out about BP by a friend of mine who is also new to real estate investing.
